With the floor plans attached to her initial email, we were able to quickly calculate the wattage requirements for each room and identify the most appropriate heaters based on her preferences.

We maintained regular communication with the customer until she was completely satisfied and confident in her choice of product ranges for each room. Once she had made her final decision, we moved on to creating our tailored recommendation. Even after the quotation was finalized and approved, we stayed in contact, as work on the properties was ongoing. It was essential to coordinate the order timing with the renovation schedule to ensure delivery at the optimal moment.

Due to the extended renovation timeline, the customer decided to place a 20% holding deposit to secure the products and prices in our holding bay until she was ready for delivery.

During this period, we received and edited her selected imagery for our bespoke printing service, ensuring that the images would be ready for printing as soon as she was prepared to receive the heaters.
